Training: The Circuit of Money in the Company

We are proud to announce a new training session on “The Circuit of Money in the Company,” led by Daniela Secinschii and taking place on May 5th at Digital Park.

During the training, participants will learn about various aspects of money flow management, including:
– Investment (new business or new product project) and its recovery
– How product diversification and company innovations can bring you more sales
– Are the money spent on advertising an investment or an expense?
– Business profitability, how to calculate it, and what other indicators should be of interest to make the right decisions in the company
– Breakeven point and why it is important
– Positive cash flow and how to save money for other projects in the company
